The orders placed
herewith are subject to confirmation in normal course of business,
whereby our terms are 60% advance and balance D/P basis. As an
option, we are also open to work on Letter of Credit Basis.

The order stands
confirmed upon receipt of L/C or Advance as above. The normal
dispatch date is around 15 days from confirmation date, to meet our
finishing and packaging process confortably. |

Unless otherwise
specified, price quotes are FOB Indian Port(Mumbai/JNPT) in U.S.
Dollars. |
